Queer Throwing [Mid-City]

This is a one-time, 2-hour introductory wheel throwing class intended for the Queer Community. No experience required. 

Manu Garcia (Manu Del Mar Ceramics) is a LA-based teaching artist with experience teaching both children and adults. Manu believes in the active learning approach to teaching, in which lessons are hands-on and where students discover their own creativity through trial and error, problem-solving, and self-discovery. Their work focuses on storytelling about their current surroundings and past experiences. Follow them on Instagram!

February's Queer Throwing Class will support fundraising efforts for LA fire relief.
