Floral Arranging

POT aims to highlight and preserve Iranian Arts & MENA cultures through the arts.  This beginners floral arranging workshop is in celebration of the Spring Equinox and Iranian New Year, Norouz. All are welcome!

Floral Arranging is a 3-hour workshop led by Donia Torabian

This workshop will be a space to learn how to make floral arrangements and create art inspired by the beauty of flowers and plants. The class will emphasize floral art techniques inspired by Donia's grandmother and the Sogetsu school of Ikebana, honoring imperfection, natural forms, and movement.

Donia is the founder of Joon Floral, and is a Los Angeles-based educator and for-fun-artist. For Donia, floral art is a way to nurture the connection with nature and honor their grandmother. Joon Floral is in celebration of the spirit of play, beauty, and deep admiration for nature.

All flowers, vases and materials will be included to take home your arrangements. 

This is NOT a pottery workshop. For ages 18+. All materials provided. No experience required.
